Co-op, recognized as one of the strongest federated farm supply cooperative systems in the nation, includes Tennessee Farmers Cooperative (TFC) and the 49 member Co-ops and 27 associate members in neighboring states that own TFC. At the very foundation are the roughly 70,000 farmers who are member-owners of the local Co-ops in their home counties. Some 164 Co-op retail outlets, which operate in 84 of Tennessee’s 95 counties and across the border in five neighboring states, serve more than half a million customers.

Positions
CDL Drivers
Your local Co-op is always looking for CDL drivers to work across locations driving products from distribution centers to the local store. The ideal candidate will be an overall customer service-driven team player who can also work well independently. Interested applicants should already possess a CDL driver’s license. When not delivering or administering products, individuals usually assist in the sales, warehousing, and movement of agronomic, bulk feed, and other agricultural products. Therefore, a general knowledge of agriculture products and operations is preferred. Co-op truck drivers can expect to be home each night!
Warehouse Team Member
Warehouse Team Members are responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing
and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. A good Warehouse Team Member has an excellent work ethic and is always looking for tasks to keep them busy. Co-op looks for a self-starter who looks for ways to contribute to their team and exceed production goals. Duties include, but are not limited to, loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.

Counter Sales Associate
Sales Associates work the sales counter and showroom of our local Co-ops. From stocking, organizing, and cleaning inventory to assisting customers in thier purchases, these individuals are the face of the local Co- op and build rapport with our local farming communities by learning about thier operations and provid- ing solutions. Co-op looks for service-oriented individuals who are flexible, enjoy serving customers in the farming community, and is an overall team player to help identify and fill customer needs by quality great recommendations and solutions.
