Many graduating Tennessee FFA members are looking to enter the workforce immediately following graduation. We’ll bring these talented candidates directly to you.

Select employers are invited to participate in the Tennessee FFA Works program in its pilot year. To learn more and/or express interest in future enrollment, please email works@tnffa.org.
Program Timeline
- March 25, 2024 – Student application launches
- May 20, 2024 – Companies receive applications and candidate information
- May & June 2024 – Companies interview students and extend offers
- June 2024 – Students begin work
- August 2024 – Placed students and companies are recognized at Tennessee State Fair FFA Ham Breakfast
